Bev is always very prompt at dispatching my products. Always order the same day because I usually run out the day before!! Product alway ready to collect from Bev the same day. Well packaged.

Bev's knowledge is impeccable and her treatments are result driven and relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Beauty Bistro to anyone who is serious about looking after their skin. My skin has never been better.

I've been purchasing my skincare from the beautybistro for a number of years. Bev is highly knowledgeable when it comes to skin and skincare recommendations. My skin has changed considerably since I have taken her advice. She is quick to answer my questions ( I always have a lot of questions!) and delivery is fast. Thoroughly recommend Bev and her business. I've never had such good customer service, Bev is someone that actually cares about skin and her consumers without a hard sell on products. Very, very pleased customer.

Very pleased I found The Beauty Bistro. Bev is really helpful and provides good skincare and product advice when asked for. The products arrive quickly and are received securely packaged. Very happy customer and will continue to purchase my skincare from this company.

You are not telling the truth! this is not true, I can publish our correspondence! If the price doesn't suit me, then I don't buy it! which abroad???its not tru! I didn’t tell you that I buy abroad and that your price does not suit me! I explained to you - that I don’t buy for such a price, I buy in wholesale and a lot, of course I have discounts! what a question of controversy-I argued with you about the price??? don't like the price - don't buy! and I was not careful to share with you what I buy at a low price, and now you are not telling the truth, and you say that I did not like the price especially "about the border" is a real lie! this is not a threat dear lady - THIS IS MY FACE! you did not answer my email more than once, and I write so that people know about your company. and you know the laws, honey, you know that they do not have a deadline, even if it was 2020!!! I didn’t tell you that the mesoestetic told me that the cream was ordered from you - this is not true! this was out of the question! dear girl, how can you know that the cream was too much, that there was a reaction??? how many months did I apply? you know? you are my therapist??? and gave this cream to my clients, they got the same reaction, which means they apply the cream to much too! you are not telling the truth, and if you need your SMS, I can send it again- but in trust pilot! don't fool people! I am using the product incorrectly??? did you even realize what you wrote??? Madam, I helped womens with pigmentation , not one hundred! How can you teach me without knowing who I am and what I do! you are not a good person , seller , and zero humanity ! you are not a good person , seller , and zero humanity !

I bought an expensive cream Cosmelan 3-4 months ago, the girl claims that is original, I have been working with this cream for years, and at that moment I saw that the cream has a completely different color, smell, and application of the face! Bev did not want to hear about the return money! I sent her a photo of 2 creams that are completely different in appearance, color, etc. After applying 3 days, the face was red, and covered with sores! face photo I sent this madam! I told her that I would not stop there and would drag her to court - excuse me- that face!MY FACE! We tried this cream with other cosmetologists, as well as clients.. everyone got that reaction! after 1-1.5 months (experiment on me) pigmentation returned and worsened (this happens when the cream is a pest, not the original) she also plus a face sprinkled with acne! Already my cosmetologists for this company “beauty bistro “made a lot of complaints about her and her products in mesoestetic! Girl selling this product has no idea what it is and how it works! to my questions, she gave information from the google! it just looks like her lack of education is useless at all! a person who does not understand the product sells it! Now this cream went for examination into mesoestetic! after 100% evidence is in hand, I will send the case to court! I will not leave this! this is my face! Be careful what you buy! Because girl does not know what she is selling! Take care of yourself and your money!

However, like I have already explained to you numerous times, the product was ordered and sent directly to you from Mesoestetic UK, it is not a product that I hold stock of in clinic. I place the orders directly onto Mesoestetic UK when I receive customer orders. You received the email from Mesoestetic UK confirming that the product was genuine, with contact names and phone numbers where you could contact them directly for clarification. You also explained that you purchase mesoestetic products from overseas, in bulk for a heavily reduced price, another one of your earlier complaints was about the price! I also advised you that your application of the product was incorrect. If you are using genuine Mesoestetic UK products incorrectly, like you have been, then you may experience a reaction. I have also advised you to take this complaint further should you see fit, but you failed to do this in 2022, but you still continue to threaten and use defamatory claims against me which are clearly unfounded.

Excellent. I've been buying my skincare from the beauty bistro for over a year. The website is easy, quick and functional to use. Very quick to respond to any questions. Deliveries arrive in good time. Very happy customer.

After researching DMK for a number of months, I decided to search for a stockist. I sent a number of emails to various clinics and Beverley’s response blew me away. Her response was dedicated, caring and informative. I live nearly two hours from The Beauty Bistro, however I have visited on two occasions so far. The treatments were fantastic but Beverley’s knowledge is just outstanding. Whenever I have a concern, I am able to contact Beverley with the reassurance that she will advise me with exactly what I can do to alleviate my concerns. I could never trust anyone else now and would 100% recommend The Beauty Bistro.

I originally contacted the clinic to buy some products from a brand I wanted to try out. That led to a consultation with Bev, who has been incredibly kind and helpful in working with me on my skin ever since. She reviewed my skin condition and concerns, and then sent a detailed email recommending a routine to try, with clear instructions and a ton of information explaining what each product was going to try and address. We have tweaked my skincare routine and products multiple times, and Bev is always incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and patient in answering questions, recommending new products, but never overselling or pressuring me to try something I don't want to. My skin has really improved under her care and I feel very fortunate to be working with her. Thanks, Bev!

Have had my second DMK treatment today. Skin looking very refreshed and healthy. Already receiving compliments from friends not aware I’m having treatments, so it must be noticeable even after two sessions. Bev as always explaining every step and giving advice at end of each treatment. Thank you once again.

Very pleased with the results of my microsclerotheraphy (thread vein removal) Bev is very professional as well as a very lovely lady, explained the treatment/procedure fully, her knowledge, advice and range of treatments on skin care are amazing 100% recommend! Thank you Bev I will be back!
