“I placed the order a week ago. Haven't received anything yet, but already had 2 emails asking for review. You do not need to apologise for Royal Mail. It is not your fault. You totally missed the point above. This is a skincare product, isn't it? I need not only to receive it, but also to try and see some results before sharing the review. Emails asking for review started to come to me after 3 days from PLACING the order. Give your customers at least 2 weeks before bombarding them with emails! The product is supposed to be good. Cannot say anything about the results yet as just received it yesterday.”

Hi Julia Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on the 23rd Nov, which was dispatched to you on the same day. The royal mail was on strike on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th of November, directly before the weekend. There are huge delays on delivery at this time which is completely out of my control. Your automated tracking details were emailed to you upon shipment. I have just tracked your parcel and it is showing that the Royal Mail have yet to attempt to deliver your parcel. I can only apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail for this delay. Kind regards Bev

“Just WOW! I have used this for 5 days on severe eczema between my fingers which always crack and bleed and itch. It's amazing. The itchiness pretty much went on the first application and my skin is nowhere near as red and sore as normal. The first time I've not been embarrassed to show my hands for years. Fantastic product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
