“A complete and utter waste of my time and yours - you simply want to cancel a policy by making the terms unacceptable and receive money by way of cancellation charges. Impossible to contact unless you want to spend over an hour on a call.”

“all ready a one call customer I found it a little hard to change over from private to commercial with them and the cost of change over was expensive”
