“Got quote of £985 paid in full nova insurance phoned next day saying there was more charges of£320 which was paid Sent off agreement and copy of driving licence They sent me letter to cancel insurance so I sent all emails again then got phone call saying then were working through all emails About 5 o clock some snotty arsehole called and said I didn’t contact them they are going to cancel policy I said I spoke to someone this morning and was told I would be called back in half hour nothing looks like Nova insurance is a micky mouse company don’t use them”
