“1st online quote was acceptable. In order to buy the insurance I had to fill 2nd quote (exactly the same questions). Then I received a phone call with the request to go though all the questions for the 3rd time verbally and confirm and re-confirm all over again. Finally to supply my & my wife's driving licence details, DOB, NCB details and I do not want to remember what else. NEVER AGAIN I cannot recall when I received so much hassle at the same time.”
