Ease Of Purchase - was it easy to buy the policy from your chosen broker? (on the phone or online)
Policy Features - do they meet your requirements?
Value For Money - are you happy with the cover received for the price paid?
Apsolute con artists. Wouldn't recommend them at all as they try and find any excuse to charge you extra after you purchase insurance from them. Not happy at all.

Having paid for my policy, I was disappointed to get a message and then a letter informing me that my policy would be canceled unless I paid the full premium. Seems the company had not done what they said, but refunded me the amount paid instead but could not explain why. More haasle

Happy with the insurance .after two weeks insurer rang back. I've had to pay another £50 or they would of cancelled it witch would of cost more. Something is wrong. Don't you think?
