“Terrible service - changed the price after committing to the policy and then tried to charge me to cancel. I would seriously never use these guys again.
Customer service was dreadful too. Polite and courtesy but took ages to get through and then had to explain myself every single time. It sometimes took twenty minutes just for the rep to read my file - it was only one sheet of a4.
Crazy. I hope this review stops people before its too late.”

“I have never before in 30 years had to jump through many loops to get the insurance completed. Confirmations were required by phone, email, I'm writing. Photos of car in garage. In the end I cancelled the insurance as their add one just increased and increased and the response from the rude customer care staff was that it was my fault for not correctly filling out application. I only got 50% of my premium refunded (after 2 month insurance). I am now insured for half that amount with another insurer. I will not use flux or any broker that recommends them again. I have 3 vehicles I insure and I must say Adrian flux was by far my worst experience in the last 30 years and I don't say this lightly. Kind regards Alam”
