“I received a quote to reinsure by text, pretty good I thought except it was for my old van, which I changed 12 months previously with quoteline. No reg no. shown on quote but I'd already changed my vehicles over with the company so it must be for the new van? Oh no! So after riding round for a week in an uninsured vehicle, text, to say sorry we couldn't help with insurance this year please try us next year, arrived! I called to ask what they meant and found they had insured the old van, (simples I thought, they'll just swap it over) no it was me being simple! Oh we'll have to transfer the cover to the new van! Cost? Twice the quote! Will I use them again? NO!
