“The tiles themselves look great, but they are tricky to cut and can be easily dented on impact. A couple did arrive damaged (although this may have been a fault with the courier). The team very kindly dispatched a replacement pack free of charge so great customer service. Would buy again.”

“Product totally as described and perfect for the job we had planned. We had some damaged panels, which upon finding I took pictures of and sent them via email. Unbelievably within hours, my card had been reimbursed with the funds. So all in all great product and a great company, which I'll use again with any of their products as without doubt they take care on what they sell and of their customers.”

“I thought that this would be very flimsy since it is lightweight plastic but it feels very tough and difficult to bend, should be very easy to install. I thought that the ash pattern was a bit too subdued hence the one-star deduction. I'd have no hesitation in ordering and installing a ceiling made from this material.”
