“Customer service excellent. Delivered promptly and the delivery contractor was superb. The oak briquettes are excellent value for money and give out quite a bit of heat. They do burn differently to logs so you do have to get used to how they burn. Small pieces and a little at a time.”

“No problem with briquettes though surprised how they break up. My problem was in how thinly wrapped they were and also the air holes. I have used various briquettes over last ten year. They have been in better wrapping which allows storages in a place with some humidity. These don’t, they really do need to be in a totally dry environment. The briquettes do burn well thoufh”
