“The first mattress arrived with holes all over the box and I could tell the box had been wet at some point. Inside the box, the plastic is open to allow the air to circulate and because of this I wasn't happy keeping a mattress that could have gotten wet, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement came quickly but again the box was so damaged that there were holes all the way through the packaging. I just kept it but I think this was really poor. I love that the little green sheep products are so natural and I have purchased the snuzpod, a huge amount of bedding and gifts from the little green sheep company, but I'm so disappointed I don't think I will be ordering from them again. The replacement mattress had a few marks on it and I think for 200 quid, this shouldn't be the case.”
