“Good quality mattress and mattress protector. I was initially skeptical as to how effective the mattress protector would be, but three weeks later, it's working well. Both have a quality feel, with the mattress protector feeling soft to the touch.”
“Mattress arrived quickly and in good condition. We didn't know what make of Moses Basket we had, so had to go by website dimensions and hope, which thankfully paid off. Note: check the mattress fits your Moses Basket before you take it out of the wrapping! It would be better if The Little Green Sheep sold their mattresses by dimensions rather than either by brand or bespoke (which is more expensive). We bought the recommended mattress protector too. This looks effective - it is just a flat, thick sheet that sits on top of the mattress. A very simple improvement would be to add some elastic straps to the corners to keep it in place when trying to put the sheets on. I will probably do this to make my life easier, but don't expect to be having to alter a high end, relatively expensive product. Unfortunately I can't comment on the cleanability and comfort of the mattress as baby hasn't arrived yet. Also, the waterproof cover has 100% Polyurethane membrane, which is a shame, but hard to avoid from what I understand.
Overall happy with the purchase, given what else is available on the market. Hopefully baby will like it too!”
