“Great mattress. My 6 year old loves it. It is hard but think their little backs need something like that anyway. Ordering was easy, delivery was smooth. Will buy for the other kid when he moves to a bigger bed in a year or so. Recommended”

“Very very hard and firm. I was shocked at how hard it actually was and for that reason I will not purchase another one for my other daughter. The product is also non refundable once opened which is not good at all because if my child didn’t like sleeping on it then I’m stuck with a mattress. Very disappointing”

I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the mattress that you have received. I do want to reassure you that we follow the guidelines set by the Lullaby Trust that little one should be sleeping on a firm, flat surface and our mattresses are firm for this reason.
We don't offer a trial period on our mattresses and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept used mattresses back.
