“I was so excited to recieve this order, however the stand I recieved did not reflect the picture shown on the website at all. I do admit lighting can play a part, but not to this extent. The dark brown 'walnut' stand I was expecting was nothing to colour I recieved. The customer service I have recieved on top of this does not help in retaining a customer at all. I wrote an email to arrange a return showing pictures and asked if it was a manafacturing issue or if this was the colour that the stand was. After seeing videos of peoples moses basket and walnut stand on social media I was sure there would be a colour that would match the stand on the webiste. I was happy to reorder, to my surprise my questions were unaswered and a courier was arranged to collect my item.
However the date was given for 03/10 and I had a txt message with a time slot on 02/10 that they were coming that day. Nobody showed up and another message was then recieved on 03/10 with a time slot, which again nodboy has turned up. Im really dissapointed in the lack of service, as I was contemplating to purchase a complete different colour. But this whole experience has put me off.”
