“I bought this play gym for my new granddaughter so it was a very special and important gift.
The shipping was quick and easy which I appreciated. However, when my son tried to assemble it we discovered that the leather straps didn’t fit ! they were completely cut wrong which was really disappointing.
I called the help centre and spoke to a rather unenthusiastic representative which added to the frustration. That said, she did follow up with an email confirming that replacement straps would be sent and to be fair they arrived quickly.
While the issue was resolved in the end the experience wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped for such a meaningful gift.”
