“My review cannot, sadly, be about the item because despite ordering it several weeks ago, I have still not received my order. Emails to the company and phone calls have been ineffective, and in addition to not receiving my order, I was sent someone else’s in error. This happened weeks ago, and the incorrect order has still not been collected. Very disappointing lack of response or resolution from this company. Disgraceful way to deal with customers. ”
