“Not a good experience, website claims prompt delivery however after waiting many weeks I had to ring to enquire why the long wait only then was it sent out, to make matters worse the new bulb did not work so after waiting again for a replacement I had to ring to find out where it was, i was told on both occasions they were short staffed and busy, not my problem and not good enough, i then asked for and got promptly a refund hence the 1 star, will not use them again”
