“I spend ages looking for a supplier online that shows stock of my kitchen light tubes. Other companies showed 'out of stock' when I tried to order but The Lamp Company showed all ok and accepted my order AND took my credit card payment immediately. Then after 8 days, I phone to ask where are my tubes only to be told that they don't have any!! What a complete waste of my time. I'm now having to wait up to 10 days for a refund. So I'm out of pocket for 18 days. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY STOCK - DON'T ACCEPT MY ORDER. So back to the drawing board grrrrrrr”

“Tubes have not arrived despite a phone call chasing my order. We were told the tubes had been dispatched but obviously lost so more tubes would be dispatched, nothing.”

“I am very surprised that the 2700K warm white tubes that I had ordered were replaced by 3500k white tubes without any explanation - or apology. I know there is not a lot of difference, but I would have expected to have been told. Not the greatest. Very happy to receive 4 x warm white tubes please, thanks Easy Light Bulbs. Good packing and timely arrival...”
