“Good choice of handles and very prompt delivery. I was pleased with the final outcome my handles look amazing. However we had terrible problems fitting the handles. They were 128mm centres which should have been a direct replacement for our existing kitchen handles. They weren’t because the holes were not drilled horizontally into the handles the quality control was not good enough. Some handles were worse than others. We struggled to get the screws into position because the 128mm centres became 130+ because of the angle. The last two handles we fitted we had to saw off the screw head and fit using the bolt and a nut. It was the only way to use the original holes and it took some forcing. So happy with the final outcome but fitting should have been a simple job and it wasn’t. We didn’t complain as we did manage in the end but the quality does need to be improved.”
