“The handles I ordered are ok, however with hindsight they are no better quality than far cheaper ones I have bought from eBay. I also found the delivery very expensive. A mistake made by my kitchen designer meant that I was 3 handles short, bearing in mind my original order had only recently being delivered, I sent an email asking if the delivery could be wavered or discounted for the extra three handles. The email I received back was quite blunt telling me no, I would have to pay delivery again. Even more frustratingly if the extra three handles were on my original order, I would have qualified for free delivery. Not great customer service judging the circumstances, I would have thought smaller businesses would have been fighting to keep customers at the moment. Personally I wouldn’t use them again.”
