“This is the 3rd Umbrella holder I have had to order. The large plastic screw keeps becoming loose and falling off. I have searched to see if I can buy the part individually, rather than the whole unit but with no success.”

“You have to buy this umbrella holder with the PowaKaddy trolley. The first one I had was of very poor quality, can't seem to tighten it enough to hold the brolly rigidly. This then eventually broke last month and I was hoping the quality of the replacement would be better but sadly not - not strong at all and same issues as last time. When my PowaKaddy packs in I will consider changing to another trolley make just to get better accessory products and not pay a premium price for sub-standard goods”

“I think you always have a little thought in the back of your head when making a first purchase on line like I did when I sent for a powakaddy ct umbrella holder but I shouldn't have it came as instructed and the quality was super I love it and will not hesitate to purchase from here again”
