“I've previously ordered various sashimi grade fish from the Fish society and been impressed. Last time I did, I felt the quality was not as good and put it down to an unfortunate one off. Whilst the salmon sashimi I ordered tasted fine, it was neither as good as in previous orders I've made with the Fish Society, or the Waitrose (Worcester) sushi counter, we use from time to time. As a result, I've cancelled my membership with the Fish Society.”
