“Very disappointing. Not a patch on fresh oysters. These frozen oysters were very chewy. Presumably because they have to be frozen.”

“The oysters were not particularly nice, being chewy and lacking any taste. If we had known they would be supplied frozen we would not have ordered them.”

“They came beautifully packaged. A special treat for my better half of 62 years. Was very happy that they were ‘semi shucked’. Made a huge difference. However the comment my husband made that the texture was different. He’s never eaten a frozen oyster before , so probably a bit fussy.”

“Very good oysters -- but for me, I should have waited until the spring. Also, I missed the taste of seawater usually found nearer the coast. I will buy more in February”
