“This is one of the best smoked salmons I have ever tasted, it is delicate, flavourful but not salty, the salmon itself had no brown marks and the size is perfect to impress at a dinner party for 10 people. Everyone commented on how perfect it was. I will be buying this again!”

“I ordered 2 sides of smoked salmon (1kg, long-cut)for Christmas: one for friends and one for us. It was beautifully cut - fairly fine and just how we like it; the salt-balance was bang-on; the fish was not too oily - perfect for us. We'd have liked a slightly smokier flavour, but overall we were very happy with it and with the swift delivery. I was initially a little worried about having a frozen side, but we followed the instructions to allow it to drain whilst thawing and the flavour seemed completely unaffected by having been frozen.”
