“We've had good experiences in the past with Sashimi from Fish Society, but this was truly awful. What a waste of money. I had reservations soon as I opened it - extremely strong fishy smell.. wrapped in kitchen roll and allowed it to defrost in the fridge - the amount of blood from a small piece soaked through three large sheets. OK fine, gave it a go anyway - had to spit it out immediately - an overpowering and very unpleasant fishy tangy flavour, had to rinse my mouth to get rid of the taste. Gutted as I'd got some imported wasabi especially for this.. just hoping all the other products we bought at the same time are OK(!)”
