“Whilst the crab mat itself was good, my main complaint is that the shell was quite broken. Not only did this take away the aesthetic appearance, it also necessitated me going through all the meat to extract broken bits of shell. Very disappointing.”

Hello Chinks, reading your review was the first time we were aware that you weren't entirely satisfied with your order. Most shipments arrive frozen but even if defrosted, when you open your box your fish will be at a very low temperature suitable to put in your freezer.
