“I’ve had this smoked salmon several times and two out of three times it was amazing. It was buttery, smooth, sweet, not smoky or fishy tasting. It was the best I’ve ever had. However, the third time it was a very different experience. The third delivery of smoked salmon which included three packages was off. The texture of each package ranged from silky and buttery to thick and chunky. The taste of all of them was very fishy and smoky. I was so disappointed because it went from incredible to average grocery store in a flash.”
