“I carefully thawed this yet the texture was rubbery, and there was nothing special about the smoked flavour. I think this suffers from being frozen”

All our fish is frozen: fishRjumpin smoked Scottish salmon - FROZEN It is not unusual for the fish to have been frozen for 3 months. It is industry standard for oily fish to be kept in deep freeze at -20c for 1 year and to not be compromised in safety or quality
