“I ordered a few batches of Keta - Salmon Roe. The first batch was great and I ordered 2 more batches: 4 jars for myself and 3 more as gifts for friends. One batch was slightly different because the fish eggs were too big and not as tender as my first batch. The taste is pleasant, but a little hard to chew. I complained to the Fish Society, and the director returned the money to me for one of the parties. I think it shows that I can trust the Fish Society to buy only excellent quality fish from them.”

“The second batch that I bought KETA - SALMON ROE was very difficult to eat. Each egg was so hard to crack and then once cracked I had to spit out the shell because they couldn't be eaten. I don’t know why, but my first purchase was so good and the caviar was so delicious, and the second time was terrible, because it was impossible to spread it on a piece of bread. All eggs roll off the bread. Thus, I do not recommend to anyone the same quality as my second batch.”

Hello Tatiana Reading your review was the first time we were aware that you were not entirely happy. We are baffled as to why the keta is like this. We have sold many jars from this batch and having looked at our current stock, it all looks as we would expect it to be. We have been in touch directly in order to resolve this and hopefully, you will then feel confident to try more keta!
