“Easy to make a order there was a small problem being a small order the frozen whitebait that wasn’t delivered until 17.00 was thawed out so I did ring and the gentleman i spoke to was very apologetic the money was back in my account straight away thank you so much”

“We were so upset to receive our highly anticipated delivery, to find that it was completely unfrozen so we didn't want to risk cooking the fish as we felt it too risky. We got our delivery in immediately (so it wasn't left out for any length of time). The dry ice bags were completely empty. As far as I am concerned, there wasn't sufficient icepacks to keep the product frozen. There were only icepacks below the product. Icepacks should completely cover it from all sides. The cooking instructions said cook from frozen, and so I also felt that to receive thawed fish, and then refreeze them is quite dodgy and wouldn't feel safe doing so. We paid for premium delivery and the total was about £26 for 2 packs of whitebait, so I feel that a full refund including delivery should be made.”
