“First time cooking raw Octopus - result was excellent. Thrashed around for a recipe, settled on a recipe from the 'Hidden Hut' for Newlyn Octopus (Page 92). Several recipes stipulate Kosher Salt in the pan to boil, but no suggestions as to what for, so made do with sea salt. Boiled for an hour (bit smelly), let cool, added marinade and grilled to perfection. Worth noting that much of the fine skin comes off when BBQ'ing which is a good thing as is a bit stringy, but is a bugger to clean off the grate afterwards...”

“Never ordered raw sea food online before and was a bit anxious about the freshness of it upon arrival. But the package it arrived in was well filled with ice and protected. It found it's way to me on time and undamaged even though currier left it at the wrong address. The meal turned out amazing. It was well worth the risk. I won't be buying often unfortunately as prices are a bit steep for my pocket. But if I felt like indulging would definitely buy again!”
