“I love this stuff: it tastes delicious, it's nutritious, it's spectacular spread on a piece of sourdough toast and sprinkled with coarsely ground black pepper, and I add just a smidgin of salt to the oil that's left in the can and drink it. YUM! The Fish Society do a good deal on price, just over £3 per can, which is v reasonable.”
