“My mum had a hankering for whelks, something our supermarkets don't stock. They arrived in a chilled box, vacuum packed, ready to eat after defrosting. Mater devoured them and declared them absolutely delicious!”

“I order the Whelk Meat (2 x 1 kg) and it was supposed to arrive frozen. The Whelk meat was fully thawed out.”

“Whelks aren't my favourite tipple, however I needed a few for a video (as a prop). The Fish Society provided a small number of whelks - promptly.
