“It was partially defrosted by the time we received it, and based on the texture, it had been sitting in deep freeze for quite a while. Once fully defrosted and served, the first few pieces tasted fine, but within fifteen minutes they became bitter. I expect that within an hour or so, given how delicate Uni is, but not after fifteen minutes.”

“I guess this is so far the best can get in UK however the delivery service really not trustworthy plus not all the staff aware of food safety.”

“Again, NOT the fault of the Fish Society, the order arrived two days delayed due to the delivery company and the items had to be thrown away. The Fish Society was responsive and offered a replacement or refund.”
