“We had a big tail (500+g) and 5 minutes were not enough to boil it. However, it was easy to cut in half afterwards and pan-fry to perfection. A family feast for 4 which will be remembered for some time. As they say: lobster is the best cook - you can't do much wrong and we think it was money well spent.”
