“I know it’s expensive and it’s such a stress making sure you cook it to perfection, but this is THE best fish for a special dinner. The quality from The Fish Society is always on point. Great value for money, you pay for what you get, Turbot isn’t a cheap fish but the portioned fillets were perfect, just enough for a lovely dinner.”
