Hello Eric The weights shown on our website are the pack weights. I can see you ordered a pack weighing 100g so each fillet weighed 50g - we do sell larger ones. Hope you enjoyed them.

“The fillets were beautiful, very fresh and firm meat. Perfectly cleaned, I did not find not a single scale nor fish bone. They arrived still frozen solid.”
