“If you like Sashumi you will love this tuna. I keep going back for more and have never been disappointed with the quality. I serve it with an Asian inspired dipping sauce (Sake; Soy Sauce; rice wine vinegar; Miso paste; grated fresh Ginger; chopped fresh red chilli; a pinch of sugar; a teaspoon of sesame oil; and a dash of lime juice); along with Wasabi and sushi ginger. Get your chopsticks out and enjoy.”
