“I got the 100g thick sliced belly portion, and had planned to use it for some nigiri. Following a failed rice situation though, I ended up cutting it into sashimi slices to eat as is. The thick cut worked really well as sashimi, and made a nice sized portion for 1. It was super buttery and delicious, and made for a cheap, quick sushi fix. It was the first sushi grade fish I’ve purchased from the site but I’ll definitely be buying much more based on this experience!”
