“The scallops smelt terrible and were clearly frozen having sat around for quite some time. My grandfather was a scallop diver... So it's not that I'm not accustomed to the smell. Customer service accused me of being a liar. TERRIBLE.”

“So upset. Stinking scallops and when I wrote a very nice email explaining that they came to me and were frozen, but off I was told I was a liar. I kept two bags and have contacted Food Standards, as clearly no one wanted to help me or listen to me. Gemma”

“Really delicious. Small but sweet with a good firm texture. Mine arrived with the roe which was a bonus. The kids were fighting over them. I will definitely order these again.”
