“I have just tried this scampi for the first time and, although very expensive, it is money well spent. However, personally, I prefer to thaw it first and then oven cook for approx. 5 mins. each side. I tried cooking from frozen as per the instructions but found this inadequate. (I am not really a fan of cooking anything from frozen!)”

“The Battered Scampi arrived almost thawed, even though it was supposed to be frozen. I have put it in the freezer, as The Fish Society recommended, but haven't had the nerve to try them yet in case I'm ill. I have contacted The Fish society about this but, as yet, have not received a reply.”
