“Cod liver is cooked well and preserved in oil. Its soft and tasty. I normally add a little lemon and pepper having it with my eggs every morning. Great source of omega-3 and nutrition. It gives me energy and mental clarity when I consume. Highly recommended”

“The only reason I didn’t rate this product excellent is due to the tins delivered dented in the box. The packaging was poor and inadequate. However, the cod liver was good.”
