“Salmon miss shapes at first glance may be considered a last choice BUT !, that is not the case on seeing , and eating them they are excellent value ,easy to cook , tasty and worth a go , particularly for a stir fry or with salad or air fried with veg, a good choice .”

“I cook these gently in a little oil and butter and then choose what to do next. Excellent with bread and butter and a squeeze of lemon, or sometimes I fold them into creamy mashed potato to make superb fish cakes.”
