“No ratings for the gloves, broken assurances about the delivery timeframe… I declared the date that the gloves were needed and they never arrived on time… so epicentre cancelled the order and actioned a refund far more effectively than they dispatched the items.. unfortunately didn’t get these gloves that are quite good. Not a great experience went on the trip and had to purchase another pair of gloves that are inferior to the mammut pair.”
