“I am a fitness class instructor and use these for Circuit and studio classes including group cycling classes. These being the second pair I have bought. An excellent cross training shoe that is very light but gives me the stability that I need. Also good for short runs. They also attract the attention of my class participants. I use them to cycle to the leisure centres with no problem. A great good looking trainer shoe. The only mild criticism would be that they are only good for lifting light weights such as in Bodypump type classes. Not so stable for heavy weights. Overall a fantastic cross training shoe for all round workouts.”
