The Duro 6 is the medium capacity running backpack from Osprey, this pack can carry an extra layer and your fuel and equipment. The vest style fit avoids excessive bounce and the contact mesh helps increase breathability to keep you cool. There are multiple mesh and zippered pockets on the front for easy, on-the-go access to your nutrition. The upper vest pockets contain two 500ml soft flasks with extension hoses for water on the go. This pack is compatible with all Hydraulics™ reservoirs.

“For: Overall a well constructed pack with plenty of room for additional clothing, emergency bivi and energy bars. Against: All the clips, especially those housing additional storage, are a quite fiddly and difficult to operate on night runs or when wearing gloves. Additional housing fastenings go across the zippered storage, which means they have to be unfastened every time you want access to zippered storage.”
