“I am afraid that this is the second item I have ordered from you and in both cases the delivery has been very delayed. I still have not received this item yet. I will not be ordering again unless you change your delivery company from Parcelforce. I realise this is not a review of the item but I wanted to let you know how dissatisfied I am with the delivery service”
