We send all cards out in hard-backed envelopes to ensure their safe arrival, but I know these envelopes aren't indestructible and sometimes damage will occur. If this has happened multiple times, when you order with us again, please put a message in the notes section about previous damage and we'll do our best to doubly insulate the cards against careless delivery/handling.
