“Despite multiple phonecalls and sending it 3 separate times the no claims bonus was never registered, doubling the policy cost. Every change incurs a fee, and when I decided to cancel my policy that was a further £50 fee. Rip off all around.... though when I did call up to cancel both my policies their customer service team was very efficient and friendly (they must go through those motions a lot).”
“Everything appeared to be good. Cover and price were fine. I then asked to change my registration number (I have a cherished number plate) this was done but the cost was £32.00 which is daylight robbery....Not a very happy man. It must have taken 2/3 minutes at the very most...That works out to approximately £640.00 per hour. £10.00 would have more than covered the cost”
