“Trying to contact Bennett's, if you need to personally speak to someone, is difficult. In addition they don't send e mails acknowledging receipt of documentation that has been sent electronically AND that they themselves have asked for. Good pricing and an established company.”
“buying insurance via internet was easy and straight forward, only problem was trying to ring the company direct never got through as phone kept saying mail box full so couldn`t even leave a message, lets hope if I need them in future someone will pick up. Also, when sending my no claims via smart phone had an anxious wait before documents came, a cursory text to say received would have been nice. Very pleased with price and cover from a company I have known about for 25 years”

Documents never arrived even after several phone call and emails and in the end they charged me twice for the same policy. Took ages and chase ups to get my money refunded. Hope they were just having a bad day if not their system is totally useless”
