“Policies are ok except when you sell or change bike - the quotation to change bike mid policy was nearly twice the cost of taking out a fresh new policy on the new bike - ridiculous!!! So I had to cancel the old policy and take out a new one.”
“Operative did not check my email address meaning I had to chase up documents . Not great considering I wanted instant cover . The second operative apologised . All sorted now but admin errors by insurance company’s , if that were me changing something there would be a fee that’s all I’m saying”
